A useful support report lets another person reproduce the problem without guessing.
Please include:
1. Product name and exact version
2. Operating system, runtime, database, or WordPress/WooCommerce versions
3. Minimal steps that reproduce the issue
4. Expected and actual results
5. Time and timezone
6. A short, sanitized log excerpt or screenshot
Do not share credentials, access tokens, cookies, payment data, or customer information in a public thread.
